The Profound Benefits of Meditation

Hi! I'm The Art of Breath, a passionate Meditation Teacher committed to mindfulness and well-being. While it might seem like I got here overnight, I didn’t. In fact, it took me until 2000 before my true passion for meditation began to sink in and I understood all of its benefits.

Since then, I've built my life around helping others discover the joy of meditation. As my clients develop, they will gain the tools to tap into their own inner light, empowering them to form their own path towards mindfulness, peace and healing.
